Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of our Instagram chatbot (the “Bot”). By sending the Bot a message or otherwise interacting with it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot.

1. What the Bot is

The Bot is an automated messaging service that replies to messages sent to our Instagram account. Responses may be generated automatically, including by artificial intelligence. You are talking to software, not a person, unless we tell you otherwise.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Instagram in your country, whichever is higher. By using the Bot you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Bot, you agree not to:

• Send unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, spam, or reverse-engineer the Bot
• Use the Bot to send unsolicited advertising or to collect data about other users
• Use automated tools to interact with the Bot at scale
• Submit sensitive personal information — health, financial, or government ID data

We may stop responding to, or block, any account that breaks these rules.

4. The Bot’s responses

The Bot’s answers are provided for general information only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Nothing the Bot says is legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not create any professional relationship between us. Always verify anything important before acting on it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages you send. You grant us permission to process those messages solely to operate the Bot and reply to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.

6. Our content

The Bot, its name, its responses, and any related materials are ours or our licensors’, and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the Bot’s responses for your own personal purposes, but you may not resell them or present the Bot as your own service.

7. Instagram and Meta

The Bot runs on Instagram, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram is governed by Meta’s own terms and policies, not by these Terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta, and we are not responsible for the platform’s availability or behaviour.

8. Availability

The Bot is provided free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue it — in whole or in part — at any time and without notice. We do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Bot, or for any decision you make based on its responses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Bot at any time by no longer messaging it, or by blocking our account on Instagram. We may stop providing the Bot to you at any time, particularly if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Bot after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
